‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB implemented a project ‘Improvement of business processes at ‘Vilasta’ UAB through introduction and certification of the quality management system’, No VP2-1.3-ŪM-03-K-02-063, which was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Action VP2-2.1-ŪM-03-K Process LT of Priority 2 ‘VP2-2 Increasing business productivity and improving environment for business’ of the Operational Programme for Economic Growth for 2007-2013.

The aim of the implemented project was to optimise business processes and increase business productivity at ‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB after introduction of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. ISO 9001 Quality Management System introduced and certified in the course of the project implementation will allow for optimisation of business processes at ‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB; ensuring the quality of services and products; strengthening the reputation of the company as a reliable partner. This will lead to the growth in the company’s competitiveness, sales revenue, exports and the value added created by the company.

 

‘Vilasta’ UAB implemented a project ‘Promotion of export development at ‘Vilasta’ UAB’. The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Action VP2-2.1-ŪM-04-K New Opportunities of Priority 2 ‘VP2-2 Increasing business productivity and improving environment for business’ of the Operational Programme for Economic Growth for 2007-2013.

The aim of the project was to boost the volume of the company’s product export.

‘Vilasta’ UAB is engaged in the production of household chemicals and cosmetics. Therefore, the research of the target foreign markets was conducted, the Export Development Strategy was developed for household chemicals and cosmetics produced by ‘Vilasta’ UAB, other export promotion actions were implemented in the course of project implementation to boost the volume of export.

The implemented project fostered the growth of the company’s export volumes, turnover and labour productivity.

 

‘VILASTA’ UAB implemented a project ‘Expansion of household chemical and cosmetics production capacities at ‘Vilasta’ UAB’. The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Action VP2-2.1-ŪM-01-K Leader LT of Priority 2 ‘VP2-2 Increasing business productivity and improving environment for business’ of the Operational Programme for Economic Growth for 2007-2013.

The aim of the project was to expand production capacities of liquid household chemicals, cosmetics and toilet products, as well as introduce new cosmetic products, such as creams and balms, in the technological production line.

The aim of the project was to boost the production volume of household chemicals and cosmetics, as well as sales revenues in Lithuania and foreign markets. This was possible only by improving the company’s labour productivity and ensuring the compliance of the equipment used with the requirements for modern production.

In the course of project implementation, a new technological production line was installed which leads to the growth in the volume of exported products (both the export volume of household chemicals and cosmetics developed by the company and the production volume of outsourced products) and the supply of new cosmetic products (creams and balms) to the market, as well as the growth in the company’s labour productivity.

 

‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB implements a project ‘Promotion of ‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB sales abroad’, which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund’ under Action VP2-2.1-ŪM-04-K New Opportunities of Priority 2 ‘VP2-2 Increasing business productivity and improving environment for business’ of the Operational Programme for Economic Growth for 2007-2013.

This project is intended for the promotion of the name ‘Melisa Laboratorium’ UAB and introduction of the products produced by the company, establishing contacts, new business relations through participation in specialised exhibitions. New contacts made during exhibitions and new business relations will result in greater awareness of the company in foreign markets and boost the company’s exports. Consequently, favourable conditions and background will be created for the implementation of actions related to targeted export development and expansion of export of produced household chemicals and cosmetics.
